A text that is meant to be performed is called a drama or a play.  There is usually a narrator with many characters listed.  The plot of the text is divided by the character that is to be speaking, so you would see something like:

Sam: Why are you always bothering me?

Eli: I don't try to.  I would just like to know what you are feeling.

Sam: I am feeling bothered.
