The OPM is the US Office of Personal Management. It was created in 1979, thirty years after WW2 ended. The WPB (War Production Board) was formed in 1942. The OWI (US Office of War Information) was also formed in 1942. The TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) was formed in 1933.
