First, find the total cost of the folding chairs by multiplying $13.50 and the number of folding chairs (4). Next, convert 6.5% to a decimal, which is 0.065, and multiply that sales tax with the total cost of 4 folding chairs, which you found out is $54.

Your final answer is $3.51 for the sales tax.
