Centrioles are an organelle inside animal cells that are made of microtubules and are involved in cilia, flagella and cell division. Centrosomes are made of a pair ofcentrioles and other proteins. The centrosomes are important for cell division and produce microtubules that separate DNA into two new, identical cells
