B. Use the formula m=(Y2-Y1)/(X2-X1). For this problem it would be (0-3)/(5-1)= -3/4.

The slope, m, of the line is calculated through the equation,

      m = (y₂ - y₁) / (x₂ - x₁)

where x's are the abscissas of the ordered pair and x's are the ordinates. Substituting the given values to the equation above,

   m = (0 - 3)/(5 - 1) = -3/4

The slope of the line is -3/4 and the answer is letter B.
